About this project

Referring doctors, health funds, and hospitals used to arrange home nursing by phone. Together with Wit-Gele Kruis East Flanders we built a secured care-request website where they submit a request digitally instead, for the patients and clients in their care.

Wit-Gele Kruis set out the requirements, we filled in the rest, and a weekly working group kept us close to the ball for a few months. Three months in, the site went live, and requests now arrive complete instead of over the phone.

The collaboration didn't stop at launch: we keep refining the site together as usage grows and feedback comes in.
