Clarity over ceremony

Project scope estimator

It is hard to plan anything without a sense of size. Tick what your project needs and get an honest indication of how big it is and how long it usually takes.

A rough indication to start a conversation, not a quote. Every project gets a real scope before anything is agreed.

How to read the result

  • Why there is no price

A number without a conversation would be a guess dressed up as a quote. What a project costs depends on what it has to do, not on how many boxes you tick.

  • What moves the estimate most

Integrations, payments and anything touching sensitive data add the most, because they bring other people's systems and rules along with them.

  • What happens next

In a real project we frame the problem first, then scope it properly. That conversation is free and usually changes the shape of the idea for the better.
