What entropy tells you

Entropy measures how many guesses an attacker would need. Each extra word adds far more than swapping a letter for a symbol does, which is why length wins.
Where it is generated

In your browser, using the built-in cryptographic random generator. Nothing is sent to us, nothing is logged, and nothing is stored. Close the tab and it is gone.
Use a password manager

Remember one strong passphrase for the manager itself, and let it generate and store the rest. Never reuse a passphrase across accounts.
